Caroline Robins

carolinerobinsCaroline Robins grew up in Scotland which endures as a source of inspiration. Caroline graduated from Chelsea School of Art where she studied illustration. After art school, she designed needlepoints and was a designer for internationally renowned textile artist Kaffe Fassett. She also co-authored ‘Contemporary Needlepoint.’

Caroline has been working and teaching art in the Bay Area since 1998. Her lino prints have been exhibited at Palo Alto Arts League, Palo Alto Arts Center and Stanford Hospital. Her acrylic paintings and greeting cards have been sold to private clients and through Woodside Gallery.

Some of Caroline’s recent collections are illustrations for children. They bring joy to young hearts with whimsical touches and harmonious colors. Caroline combines her passion for art with her empathy for and understanding of children through teaching. One of her goals is to bring art into children’s lives, especially the underprivileged.
