Diane Heron is a contemporary artist from Los Angeles, currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area. She comes from a family of artists, which include the Great American Painter and Illustrator, Elihu Vedder, who’s work include 5 wall paintings and a mosaic in The Library of Congress and the illustrations for The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam.
In the 1990's, Diane owned a successful handbag and clothing business and has experience working in the textile design and clothing industry. Her love and appreciation for architecture and interior design of all periods, are often a source of inspiration in her use of color. She has always been creative and prolific, as she continues to work with different mediums, and create art and installations that provoke a second glance.
